In our modern factory, four production lines are installed and operated: three coil-feed lines are for regular production and one sheet-feed line is for pilot project researches. Our plates are manufactured in these hi-tech automatic lines, which are operating in a controlled dust-free environment, to supply the worldwide market with optimum and consistent quality plates.
These well–controlled lines enable us to produce top-class quality CTP, CTcP and conventional plates with competitive price.

Electro-graining Process
The well developed Sino-Japan dual electrolytic graining process not only provides even grains for excellent ink-water balance, but also is the best for high quality color printing task.

Anodizing Process
The self-developed pure white oxidation technology generates a hard layer that contributes extremely long run length, good resistance to press chemicals and a clean and near-white non-image area after exposure and development.

Hydrophilic Treatment Process
The combination of the water-drop shape grains and the chemical sealing process contributes to very low demand of water during the plate processing.

Slot Die Coating Process
The advanced slot die coating and drying process are applied to ensure an even and perfect sensitized layer and a fine plate surface.

Mat Layer Coating Process
With the mat treatment process, micro particles can be adhered to the conventional PS plates and it guarantees a fast vacuum drawdown and a close contact between film and plate. The imaging quality and efficiency is thus greatly increased
 

   
 
History and Milestones
   

No. 3 production line improvement project was successfully accomplished, the minimum CTP plate production capacity became 8,000,000 SQM per year.
