Developer temperature is too high or the temperature control is out of control.

Water in conduits and filters were not completely released.

Not maintain circulating condition

Temperature is out of control and cannot reduce it.

Plate is not handed horizontally when it loads into Processor.

Sludge in the 1st roller results in scratch on plate surface and makes image remove easily

Processor brush and roller pressure are uneven, results in feather mark.

Water washing pressure is not enough or blocked, makes Finisher not attach to plate well, results in image removing.

Weaker developer contributes to laser mark

Roller speed is not simultaneous, which caused bending mark on plate surface under processing

Platesetter parameter setting does not comply with actual measure.

Oven temperature: 225±5℃

Oven baking time: 5~10 minutes

Carrying and unpacking plates should be handled with gloves.

Carry plate from case vertically to avoid bending.

Wear mast to avoid any breath moisture.
